Heli-skiing in Krasnaya Polyana, are held daily starting from 15 January 2011 to 01 April 2011.
The conditions of the program:
- The group not less and no more then 4 persons;
- Prep Level:
competent off-piste skiing;
- It is obligatory to have avalanche equipment (beeper, ABS);
- The guides choose the down-run routes according to the level of training of the whole group, and also according to the weather and snow conditions;
- The programme is designed reckoning on favorable weather conditions;
- The availability of insurance to cover medical care and medical transportation costs - Required;
- In case if the programme will be uncompleted because of the weather conditions or because of the conditions connected with the safety of the group on the route, there is provided the repayment for the omitted down-runs.
Repayment - 160 Euro for every unused descent;
- Repayment for unused down-runs for reasons independent of the organizer
(health status of participant, equipment breakage, etc.) is not performed.
- The company organizer takes responsibility of 4 guaranteed heli ascents. In case of non-fulfillment of program returns the price of every ascent,
at the rate of 160 Euro for every not implemented ascent. It is also possible to pay for additional ascents: 160 euro per ascent per person.
The cost of 1 day heli-ski program in Krasnaya Polyana - 650 Euro per person.
The cost includes:
1. Four ascents with helicopter EUROCOPTER AS350 B3 (Ecureuil).
2. Lunch packet on the route and non-alcoholic beverages in a helicopter (water, tea, coffee);
3. One professional guide heli-skiers for a group.
4. Avalanche sensor (beeper, ABS) and other avalanche equipment.
In the cost not included:
1) additional runs (over 4) - 160 euros for 1 heli ascent;
2) the insurance against accidents (compensation);
3) the rent of Alpine skiing and snowboarding equipment;
4) money contingencies caused by bad weather conditions, changes in the flight timetables, breakage of equipment, illnesses, or any other unforeseen circumstances;
5) company service to prepare Alpine skiing/snowboarding equipment.
Payment Program
- 100% prepayment at the time of booking.
- Full payment for the program no later than 1 day before the start of the program.
- Payment for the additional runs is made at the end of skiing.
Terms of cancellation
Cancellation can be made at any time. In this case, the organizer keeps in its favor:
- 10% cost of the program if you cancel within the period of less than 7 days before the start of the program
- 30% cost of the program if you cancel within the period of less than 3 days before the start of the program
- 100% cost of the program if cancellation is made on the day of the program's start
Attendants
With each group works minimum two experienced guides. They are responsible for complying of all the stringent security measures that are required for a period of stay in the mountainous region.
Safety
Rigorous instruction is carried out with the group every day. All participants equiped by special equipment to search in avalanche. Guides form a group on the level of skiing, conduct training on safety techniques and check the efficiency of avalanche detectors.
